Vegan Nutty Berry Oats – Easy and Nourishing Breakfast

Introducing: Nutty Berry Oats - a healthy and delicious granola (cereal)

This wonderful recipe is loaded with fiber, antioxidants, healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals.

You can eat this as a cereal for breakfast, or as a snack when you are on-the-go and the even better thing about this tasty granola is that you will never feel guilty again!

This recipe is very easy and will be a great way to involve the kids - or even the husband - in the kitchen cooking. So indulge yourself in this tasty, easy to make and super healthy snack that you and your family will love.  

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ½ Cup of Rolled Oats (Organic)
  2. 1 Tbsp of Strawberry Powder (Organic)
  3. ½ Tbsp of Raspberry Powder (Organic)
  4. ½ Tbsp of Pomegranate Juice Powder (Organic)
  5. ⅛ Tsp of Beet Root Powder (Organic)
  6. 1 Tsp of Vanilla Flavor or Vanilla Extract
  7. 5 Tbsp of Syrup (mix palm sugar and water in an equal ratio of 1:1)
  8. Roasted Chopped Cashews, Almonds and Walnuts (Organic) (Optional)

Directions:

Part 1: Berry Flavor Oats

  1. Mix all powders (Ingredients No.2-5) together with ½ tsp of vanilla flavor and 2 ½ Tbsp of syrup, mix well.
  2. Add fruity syrup into 3/4  cup of oats, mix well, and keep outside at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake the oats at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, mix well, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Leave in the bowl until cool down.

Part 2: Vanilla Flavor Oats

  1. Mix ½ tsp of vanilla flavor and 2 ½ tbsp of syrup together, then add to ¾ cup of oats, mix well and keep outside at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake the oats at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, mix well, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  4. Leave in the bowl until cool down.

Part 3: Nutty Berry Oats

  1. Mix Berry Flavor Oats and Vanilla Flavor Oats together.
  2. Add roasted chopped cashews, almonds and walnuts.
  3. Eat plain as a snack or add milk for delicious healthy breakfast.
