My favorite way to supplement collagen and MCT. I use this creamer and the chocolate coconut collagen peptides in my coffee every other day. They are delicious together ( or alone!).
My favorite the taste is perfect not too rich and it gives me the right amount of energy
It is tasteless. Hard to mix.

I've tried both coconut water powders from Z Natural and this one is my favorite! It mixes up well and isn't clumpy. I throw it in my smoothies for extra electrolytes.
