6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to this Policy—including issues concerning the accessibility of the Site or the digital services provided—shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions set forth in our TOU.
