Here’s what you need and how to make your own super delicious Halloween Pumpkin Spice Bites!

Halloween Pumpkin Spice Bites 

Ingredients: 

  1. 1 Cup Pumpkin Spice Latte Blend
  2. 1 Cup Whole Milk Powder
  3. 2 Cup Organic Date Powder
  4. 2 Tbsp. Ghee (or melted butter)
  5. ¼ Cup Organic Raw Almonds 
  6. ¼ Cup Organic Raw Mammoth Pecans 
  7. ¼ Cup Organic Raw Whole Cashews
  8. ¼ Cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
  9. ¼ Cup Organic Shredded Coconut
  10. ¼ Cup Organic Sesame Seeds
  11. 1 Cup Water

Directions:

  1. On medium heat, dry roast all nuts until slightly aromatic or crunchy. You can also roast them in the oven, chop them and keep aside.
  2. Place Pumpkin Spice Latte powder, Whole Milk Powder and ½ cup of water in a frying pan, stir well with spatula and cook on low heat until mixture comes out in dough form.
  3. Place pumpkin mixture (from step 2) on a plate and let it cool down to room temperature. Use the same pan for making the date mixture (in step 4 below).
  4. Place Date Powder and ½ cup water in a pan, mix well and add 2 tbsp Ghee, cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat. It will come out as dough.
  5. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
  6. Take out a little bit of chopped nuts and seeds as a side for garnishing.
  7. Take a bowl, add pumpkin mixture, date mixture, all nuts and seeds and mix well.
  8. Divide the mixture into equal portions of your desired size, then roll each portion into a smooth, round ball.  
  9. For garnishing: Roll them in pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts 
  10. Enjoy!!
