- Our global suppliers must adhere to the FDA Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP)
- Our suppliers and their manufacturing facilities are certified in accordance with the global food safety standards and third party audited to ensure compliance with these stringent standards.
- In addition, our suppliers are evaluated through an extensive qualification assessment which includes questionnaires, record verifications, certifications and 3rd party audit reports.
- Suppliers must provide product specifications along with verifiable lab testing and food safety plans to ensure ingredients were manufactured safely.
About product testing
All suppliers must provide a product sample which is tested using different methods to ensure that the product purchased is guaranteed fresh, high quality, and safe.
We employ expert organoleptic testing to ensure the product you purchase is fresh and of high quality
Other product testing performed cover a broad spectrum of food safety issues, which include microbial analysis.
Additional random batch testing may include heavy metal analysis.
