Suggested Use: Mix 4.5 level tablespoons / 1 ounce (28 grams ) with 12 ounces of cold water, skim milk, or juice and thoroughly mix in a blender, shaker, or with fork for 20-30 seconds. It’s good but I don’t know why should one add sucralose .,the sucralose ruined the taste and favour and plus sweetners are bad

Nice addition to my water!

This is a great addition to my water. It has a very slight fish taste/smell from the marine collagen, but it's not an issue at all. I put 2 tablespoons in my tumbler with water and some lemon juice and it's just great. Tip: It dissolves better in hot/warm water than cold.
