Organic Wheatgrass Juice powder has been consumed since ancient times as a source of nourishment.
It is a powdered juice extracted from the young grass leaves of the wheatgrass plant Triticum aestivum.
The leaves of the wheat plant are harvested shortly before the grains form and are then juiced.
The juice is then dried and powdered to create a nourishing green powder. It contains vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, chlorophyll, and amino acids.
Wheatgrass juice powder is often used as an addition to smoothies, juices, and other foods, providing quality nourishment to one’s daily food consumption.

Taste, smell, texture, and color vary from batch to batch. Due to its nature, this powder tends to clump. If clumping occurs, lay the bag on a flat surface and place a towel over the bag. Then pound on the bag until the clumps break up. The towel will help protect the bag from damage. To further reduce clumping, push as much air as possible before sealing the pouch and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Suggested Use: Mix one teaspoon with juice and yogurt or add to your favorite smoothie.
