Mobile Terms of Service

The Mobile Message Service ("Service") is provided by Z Natural Foods (“ZNF,” "We," "Us"). Your usage of the Service implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms") and any other referenced or published Terms hereafter collectively referred to as TOU. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the Service or its features without prior notification. We can amend these Mobile Terms anytime as long as it complies with the law. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of those changes.

By subscribing to Z Natural Foods' SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages (including SMS/text/MMS and cart reminders) sent via an automated telephone dialing system or other technologies to the mobile number you provided during registration, or any other number that you specify. This applies even if your mobile number is on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.), and promotional messages may include marketing offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages isn't required for any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Z Natural Foods may allow users to register for promotions, services, news, programming, and information delivered via text messaging (SMS and MMS) and other wireless devices. Users must consent to receive such information by registering on the Site or through their wireless device. Our affiliates, service providers, mobile carriers, or other companies associated with Z Natural Foods may facilitate this service. Users are required to provide their telephone number, wireless number, or email address (if specifically requested) and the name of their carrier during online registration. Additional optional information may be requested for certain promotions. We may also collect an Internet email address or other information depending on the promotion. Depending on the information provided, users may need to confirm their acceptance of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and our other policies.

You understand that enrollment in this program is not a prerequisite for any purchases from Z Natural Foods, and your consent is not linked to any purchases. Participation in this program is completely voluntary. The frequency of messages will vary, and Z Natural Foods reserves the right to modify the frequency to either increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. Z Natural Foods can change the shortcode, phone number, or email from which messages are sent, and you may or may not be informed about these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a changed shortcode or phone number may not be received, and we will not be held accountable for not honoring such requests.

While we do not impose any charges for the Service, you are accountable for all costs and fees related to text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. You should refer to your mobile plan and communicate with your wireless provider for more details. You bear responsibility for all charges relating to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be compatible, and our messages may not be deliverable in all regions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Z Natural Foods, its service providers, Affiliates, wireless carriers, and companies related to the Service are not liable for delayed, undelivered, failed, or incorrectly directed delivery of any information sent through the Service, any inaccuracies in such information, and/or any action you may or may not undertake based on the information or Service.

You commit to providing us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must register for the program with the new number. You have the option to opt out of the Service at any time. To cancel, text the single keyword command STOP to +18449432055, reply STOP to any of our text messages, or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message and will not receive further messages unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Z Natural Foods mobile message programs and want to cancel, unless required by law, you might continue to receive messages from those programs until you unsubscribe from them separately.

You understand that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that don't include the STOP keyword command, and you agree that Z Natural Foods, its service providers, Affiliates, mobile carriers, and related companies will not be held accountable for not honoring such requests.
