Amla fruit is an ancient food source used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine.
It is native to the Indian subcontinent and is an integral part of India's traditional diet. The amla fruit is small, round, and yellow-green. It has a sweet and sour taste and is often used in cooking or as a snack.
The fruit has a high nutritional value and has been used in traditional medicine for various ailments.
Today, amla is widely used as an ingredient in many health products and is often included in herbal teas and juices.
Some research suggests that Amla may contain the following constituents:

Taste, smell, texture, and color vary from batch to batch. Due to its nature, this powder tends to clump. If clumping occurs, lay the bag on a flat surface and place a towel over the bag. Then pound on the bag until the clumps break up. The towel will help protect the bag from damage.
Suggested Use: Mix 1 teaspoon with juice and yogurt, or add to your favorite smoothie.
