About Product
Gymnema Sylvestre is an herb native to India and Africa.
It has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic principles for a wide range of purposes.
The leaves of the plant are the most commonly used part and are ground into a powder to be taken orally.
The leaves contain active constituents with nourishing qualities. It is believed that Gymnema Sylvestre can help support healthy blood sugar levels, supporting one's ability to make better food choices.
Recently, research has shown that Gymnema Sylvestre may also support a wide range of issues caused by bad lifestyle choices.
Overall, Gymnema Sylvestre has a long history of use, and modern research is continuing to uncover more potential redeeming qualities of this unique herb.

Suggested Use: Take one teaspoon with meals or snacks. It will block any sweet taste, so some people prefer to take it after eating or drinking something that contains sugar or put the powder in a capsule.
Other Preparations:
Infusion: Use the ratio of 1 teaspoon of product for every 8 ounces of distilled water. Bring water to a boil and then take off the stove. Put tea in a pot or a mug, fill it with water and cover it for 15 minutes. This method is specific to whole-leaf herbs and teas.
Tincture: This method can take 15 to 30 days. You will need three items: a mason jar with a cover, the herb/herbs of your choice, and liquid for extracting. The extracting liquid can be alcohol, alcohol/water combo, vinegar, or vegetable glycerin. Take the product and fill the jar ¾ full, add the liquid of your choice, and close the jar. Then shake the jar, so everything is well mixed. Give the jar a good 5-minute shake several times a day. After 15 to 30 days, strain and bottle in glass tincture jars.
