About Product

Monk Fruit is a small, round fruit native to Asia and Northern Thailand.

The fruit has been used since the 13th century for its sweetness and delicious flavor.

The famous herbalist Lu Yu first documented it in the Chinese Herbal Materia Medica in the 13th century.

The monk fruit extract was traditionally used in traditional Chinese medicine as a natural sweetener for its purported health benefits.

The extract has recently become popular in the Western world thanks to its low-calorie and natural sweetness.

It is commonly used to sweeten beverages, desserts, and other food items. The extract powder is also gaining traction as an ingredient in many products.

Suggested Use: Mix 1/4 teaspoon (0.7g) with recipes, tea, and yogurt, or add to your favorite smoothie. Three teaspoons of our Monk Fruit powder equals about one cup of sugar.

Sweet Alternative

Monk Fruit powder has been a great substitute for sugar in my recipes. I add a pinch of salt to the recipes, too, and the taste is quite natural. Keeps my blood sugar levels stable.

Luo Han Guo Extract

We have been using Luo Han Guo extract from Z-Natural for several years. We really like than we can get the pure extract from Z-Natural Foods. Most places that sell Luo Han have it mixed with erythritol. We personally don't want to consume erythritol. We really appreciate the pure extract. I wish I could find more keto recipes using the pure extract. Thank you for providing the pure extract.

7% versus 25% monk fruit powder

I prefer the 25% versus the 7% for it’s sweetness and even taste wise.
The ratio analysis of 1 tsp equivalent to 1 cup of sugar for the 7% seems inaccurate.
I would like to find out more about the company in China that makes it as I usually prefer organic and non China product for safety in what’s in my food since their food regulations are not very strict.
