This week we want to shift gears a little, away from our typical research-style article.
That’s because we want to give a special shoutout to our AMAZING customers!
You see, many of you saw and responded to our recent survey.
Why did we do a customer survey?
Simple.
To learn more about the great customers we serve. So that we can become better, for you.
And wow, we discovered a lot of absolutely fun, fascinating, and wonderful things.
We learned so much great information about our wonderful customers, that today, we wanted to share a few of the things we discovered – and truly congratulate you for taking such great care of yourself.
Here are some of the awesome things we discovered:
1. Most of our customers are very active!
There are very few, if any, chronic couch potatoes here!
Two out of every three of our customers report being moderately active as defined as enjoying one or more hours of activity per day, or, they define themselves as being very active, getting 20 hours or more of activity per week!
Nice job staying so active!
2. Nearly 9 out of every 10 of our customers are seeking “optimal nutrition”.
Kudos to you.
You are setting yourself up to live a healthier, longer, and more active life than most.
In fact, 55% are looking to prioritize their immune systems, 46% are seeking better mental function, 35% are seeking women’s health solutions, 35% for men’s health solutions and another 36% are seeking recipes and cooking ideas.
And lastly, one out of every three of our customers want to build more muscle. You can do it!
Want proof you are a special kind of person? Just go to any stadium virtually anywhere in the world and ask everyone if they prioritize their:
- immunity,
- mental performance,
- finding creative ways to integrate natural foods into their diet, and
- focus on building and maintaining muscle strength.
Probably only a few special people want to optimize their health in such a fantastic way.
You really are part of a relatively small, wonderful group of health-seekers. Again, great job.
3. What’s the most popular diet/lifestyle choice among our customers?
Well, there is not a clear winner here, which may mean, that combined with an active lifestyle and seeking optimal nutrition, our customers are finding wonderful ways to use our natural foods.
Ranging from the Mediterranean diet, vegetarian, keto, vegan, paleo, and pescatarian, the two common dietary threads we found are:
- Our customers are removing junk food from their diets, and
- Using our natural foods to enhance their nutrition and lifestyle choices across a broad range of healthy diets.
4. How does Z Natural Foods compare to other brands?
When we discovered this, we were shocked and delighted!
As many of you know, there’s an industry tool that the biggest companies in the world use to learn how their customers feel about their products and services.
It's called the Net Promotor Score (NPS).
As a frame of reference, the behemoth cable companies typically earn a very low score here – sometimes in the negative numbers – revealing that they have more frustrated customers than happy customers.
But, brands that are loved such as Tesla, Apple, or Costco often have very high scores that may range from 50 to sometimes even as high as 70+.
At Z Natural Foods, we are very proud to have a net promotor score of 66, which is better than many of the other brands in the natural food industry.
But this score is still nowhere near as high as we want because we are eager to help all of our customers find and enjoy our superior natural foods quickly and virtually effortlessly.
