Organic Triphala powder is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal preparation that dates back thousands of years.
It is composed of three dried fruits, Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki, combined in equal parts. The mixture is then ground into a powder and taken as food. Triphala has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic as a general tonic.
These fruits are native to India and have been used for centuries as a natural remedy for various ailments. Triphala powder is a source of vitamins and minerals.
Triphala powder has a mild, bitter taste and contains vitamins A, C, E, and B-complex. It is also a source of minerals such as iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium.
